Shipping Times

We ship all orders within 1 working day of purchase.
Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your parcel’s journey.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• France & EU: 3 – 7 working days
• U.K., Switzerland, Norway: 5 – 10 working days
• Canada & Asia: 7 – 14 working days

Shipping Costs

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your destination and parcel weight.
As a guide:

• Europe: from €6.99 – €7.99
• U.K., Switzerland, Norway, U.S., Asia: from €9.99
• Australia & New Zealand: from €12.99

We ship with Colissimo, DPD, DHL, FedEx, or other reliable partners depending on the destination.

Duties & Taxes

--Within the European Union

All taxes and duties are already included in the price — no hidden fees.

--Outside the EU (U.K., Switzerland, Norway, Asia, North America, Australia, etc.)

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to local customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees, payable by the customer when the parcel arrives.
We always try to keep these costs low and transparent.

--🇺🇸 United States

As of August 2025, the U.S. has suspended its duty-free threshold for low-value parcels.
This means U.S. Customs may now apply import duties or taxes to all shipments, regardless of value. Any additional fees are the customer’s responsibility.

We’re working to introduce a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) option soon so your parcel can arrive without any surprise fees.

Customs & Delays

Once your parcel leaves France, it may pass through customs depending on your country’s regulations. Occasional border delays can happen — thank you for your patience. If your order seems delayed, please contact us and we’ll check it immediately.
