1) Your Privacy

Your purchase is governed by our Privacy Notice. If you’re under 18, please ask a parent/guardian to review it with you before creating an account.

2) Creating an Account

You can check out as a guest or create an account for a quicker checkout. Please keep your password safe and let us know if you think it’s been compromised. We handle your personal data as set out in our Privacy Notice.

3) Placing an Order & Acceptance

  • Please ensure your delivery and contact details are accurate.
  • All orders are subject to availability and our acceptance.
  • Prices are shown in EUR, VAT included where applicable (shipping calculated at checkout).
  • After checkout you’ll receive an order confirmation (this is not acceptance). Your order is accepted when we dispatch your items and send a dispatch email with delivery details.

We may decline or cancel an order (e.g., stock issues, payment not authorised). If payment was taken, we’ll refund you promptly.

4) Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and PayPal.All card payments are subject to authorisation by your card issuer. We take reasonable steps to keep payment details secure.

5) Pre-Orders (if you use them)

From time to time, we offer pre-orders. Payment is taken at checkout. If your cart includes in-stock and pre-order items, we’ll ship together when the pre-order is ready (or split shipments if you choose this option at checkout, if available). Estimated dispatch dates may change ; we’ll keep you informed.

6) Cancellations & Returns

We hope you love your order, but if something isn’t quite right:

How to return

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with all labels attached.
  • We currently offer returns for refunds only (no direct exchange). If you’d like a different size/colour, please place a new order to secure stock.
  • Unless your item is faulty or damaged, return shipping is at your charge. Please use a tracked service and keep proof of postage.

Refund timing

  • Once your return is received, please allow up to 5 working days for processing.
  • After your refund is issued, it may take up to 7 days to appear in your account (depending on your payment provider).
  • Refunds are made to the original payment method only.

Damaged or faulty itemsIf your order arrived damaged or there’s a fault, contact us at [hi@moutonfilant.com] with your order number and photos. We’ll arrange the return and make it right.

7) Shipping & Delivery

We’ll show delivery options and costs at checkout. Delivery times are estimates; we’re not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control.Delivery date means the day the parcel is received (mailbox, pickup point, concierge, etc.), not the day it was shipped.

Customs/Import (if applicable): Local duties/taxes may apply outside the EU and are the customer’s responsibility.

8) Product Images & Colours

We photograph our pieces with care, but screens and lighting can make colours look slightly different. If you’d like more details on colour, material, orsizeg, just ask us, we’re happy to help.

9) Promotions & Codes

From time to time, we offer promotional codes.

  • One code per order unless stated otherwise.
  • Codes can’t be applied after checkout is completed.
  • Some exclusions may apply (e.g., already discounted items). Full details will be shared wherever the code appears.

10) Intellectual Property

All content on moutonfilant.com (designs, images, text, logos) belongs to Mouton Filant or its licensors. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Please don’t copy or redistribute our content without written permission.

11) Liability

Our products are for personal use. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses. We’re not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control (force majeure). Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

12) Newsletter & SMS

If you join our mailing list, we’ll send you friendly updates about launches, limited runs, and little surprises. You can unsubscribe at any time (link in each email). Service emails (order and account messages) will still be sent.
