How to return the items ?
If you’d like to return your order, no worries- you have 21 days from the delivery date to send it back to us. Simply post your parcel to the address below, including a short note with the reason of return (It’ll help a lots for our future improvement)

What if my products are damaged?
If your item arrived damaged during transit or you’ve noticed a fault, please get in touch with us. We are happy to help and arrange the return for you as quick as possible.
What is the Return Policy?
We offer refund on ALL orders, that is sent back to us in its original condition within 21 days of the delivery date. Shipping charges for the return will not be returned. What is delivery date? If your order is placed on 1st March, and you received it on 5 March, then you will have until 26 March to return this order.

Unfortunately, we don’t currently offer free returns unless your item arrives damaged or faulty.
Can I return MOUTON FILANT’ s product purchased at another retailer?
We are only able to accept returns of orders placed directly through www.moutonfilant.com. If you purchased your product elsewhere, please return it directly to that retailer.
How long will it take to process my return?
As soon as we receive your return, we’ll process it within 5 working days. Once the refund is issued, it may take up to 7 days to appear in your account, depending on your bank. For security reasons, refunds are always made to the original payment method used at checkout.
