We currently ship worldwide, including:

  • Other international destinations — please contact us if your country isn’t listed at checkout.


Shipping Times

We ship all orders within 1 working day of purchase.
Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your parcel’s journey.


Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • France & EU: 3 – 7 working days
  • U.K., Switzerland, Norway: 5 – 10 working days
  • Canada & Asia: 10 – 20 working days
  • ~~Other destinations: 10 – 20 working days~~
    (Delivery times may vary slightly depending on customs or local courier conditions.)


Shipping Costs

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your destination and parcel weight.
As a guide:

  • Europe: from €5.00
  • U.K., Switzerland, Norway, U.S., Asia: from €10.00
  • Australia & New Zealand: from €10
  • USA: from €30

We ship with Mondial Relay, La Poste Colissimo or other reliable partners depending on the destination.


Duties & Taxes

--Within the European Union

All taxes and duties are already included in the price — no hidden fees.

--Outside the EU (U.K., Switzerland, Norway, Asia, North America, Australia, etc.)

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to local customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees, payable by the customer when the parcel arrives.
We always try to keep these costs low and transparent.

--United States

As of August 2025, the U.S. has suspended its duty-free threshold for low-value shipments.

Import duties and taxes are now systematically applied to all shipments, regardless of value. Under current U.S. customs regulations, these charges must be paid by the shipper.

To ensure a smooth delivery experience with no surprise fees upon arrival, all applicable duties and taxes are now calculated and collected at checkout. Your order will be shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, meaning no additional charges will be due at delivery.


Customs & Delays

Once your parcel leaves France, it may pass through customs depending on your country’s regulations. Occasional border delays can happen — thank you for your patience. If your order seems delayed, please contact us and we’ll check it immediately.
